E-Mail Abuse (SPAM) Policy
At Northroot and its officer's discretion we reserve the right to revoke web
hosting services at any time for abusive conduct on the system and/or the
Internet and its resources as a whole. Sending spam (unsolicited email) from
a domain or about a domain is considered abuse of the system and will result
in the termination of your account.
We appreciate your cooperation.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP Guidelines") specifies the
actions prohibited by PanhostDotNet and NorthRoot Servers. All users of
PanhostDotNet are expected to comply with this policy.
Terms of use:
We ban any script that utilizes more than 5% of system resources. We also
ban the use of: UBB (all versions), Ikonboard (Non Mysql version), YaBB
(Perl/CGI Version), Proxy Servers, nph-proxy, The Anonymizer, IRC bots and
clients, Proxy servers, formmail (1.91 and previous), lstmrge.cgi, Grey
Matter
The banning of exploitable software/scripts is for the protection of all the
clients on the server. Anyone found using this type of program will be
suspended.
No spam scripts, pirated software distribution, or any other material that
is deemed illegal.
We do not host adult-oriented websites, nor do we host any sites that are
contrary to law, or racial or hate motivated. If you are in doubt about the
content of your proposed website, please contact us before signing up.
Cancellation of services: any account may be cancelled for any reason by
PanhostDotNet or by the client. If cancellation of services occurs, refunds
will be given on a pro-rated method based on the number of months left in
the yearly contract.
We backup all client's files nightly to a remote server, however, it is
always a good idea for the clients to have a backup of their files as well.
Spam and abuse
As long as multiple recipients haven't agreed to be on your mailing list,
then spamming, or sending unsolicited email, from a PanhostDotNet server or
using an e-mail address that is maintained on an PanhostDotNet machine or
advertising a site hosted on an PanhostDotNet server is STRICTLY prohibited.
PanhostDotNet will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of
this provision. Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a PanhostDotNet
server or customer of PanhostDotNet is strictly prohibited, and is followed
by deactivation of account with no refund.

Disclaimer
PanhostDotNet requires that its agreements be made with a person who is
qualified to contract. As such, subscriber must be over the age of eighteen
(18) years. PanhostDotNet cannot accept payments from persons who are not at
least eighteen (18) years of age.
Server usage
Many things can slow down a server. In order to guarantee the fastest
possible connections, we need to monitor our servers for processes that
overload them. Any party that slows our servers down, can and will be
notified. PanhostDotNet reserves the right to kill any process (i.e. end a
software's execution) that is overloading a server, or slowing it down
heavily. Any contents on this page is subject to change without prior
notice. Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these Rules and
Regulations (policies). Continued use of PanhostDotNet services following
any such changes shall constitute the customer's acceptance of such changes.
Final, the registered owner of an account is responsible for the actions of
all parties using that account.
PanhostDotNet reserves the right to modify this AUP Guidelines at any time
without notice.
